General Assignment Reporter
Jessica Vallejo is a proud hometown reporter for WSVN in Miami. Prior to WSVN, Jessica worked as a reporter for WTVJ, the NBC O&O in Miami where she went to Hawaii to cover the wildfires in Maui. She reported on the ongoing Israel- Hamas War, immigration policies as well as Former President Trump’s visit to Miami. Jessica also covered Messi’s arrival to Inter Miami and you may have seen her covering some of the Miami Heat & Panthers play off games !
Earlier, Jessica worked as a reporter/anchor for WFOR where she covered major stories regarding Coronavirus, Presidential Elections, national & local politics, and natural disasters. Before coming to Miami, Jessica worked as a reporter for Fios 1 News in New York City, and for KMID in Odessa Texas.
Jessica is a graduate from the University of Miami and is a member of NAHJ. During her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her three dogs … and of course, with a Cafecito in hand.
