Creative Services Director (2017-008)
South Florida's #1 news station WSVN-7 is looking for a Creative Services Director to continue our tradition of innovative promos, eye catching visuals, and cutting edge set designs. This is a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Must have strong organizational, communication and management skills. Hands on writing and producing of promotional messages, as well as a strong understanding of topical news promotion. You'll be working closely with senior management in developing brand and marketing strategies. Strong design, conceptual and copy writing skills are a must. Experience with Vizrt, Cinema 4D and Adobe Suite is a plus.

Producer, Associate - Weekend (2019-012)
Should have small market producing skills or medium market associate producing skills. Heavy emphasis on show stacking, headline and tease writing, as well as copy editing. Must have experience working with producers, editors and directors. Candidate should have some experience in the control room as well.
We are looking for a very aggressive photographer with good story telling abilities. Must have a good "news eye" for our fast paced news shows, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, as well as work well with others. Knowledge of Sony HD cameras and non-linear editing is a must. A minimum of 2-3 years experience and a valid class "D" driver's license, with a good driving record is required.
Technical Director (2019-033)
Must have 3-5 years experience as a technical newscast director for a television station. Must be able to call and punch a fast paced show with lots of changes. Experience on Kahuna switcher is a plus. Must be a team player as person must work closely with producers, camera crew, editors and other news staff. Should be available to work flexible hours, including holidays.
Cyber/Journalist, DECO (2019-037)
Person will assist The Cyber-Journalist Producer in writing and entering data in the WSVN-TV website to make sure it has the latest breaking news posted. Candidate must have excellent writing & grammar skills and be proficient in Windows XP. Applicant should also have strong knowledge in Internet sites and web researching skills.
Editor, Non Linear PM (2019-042)
Must have a minimum of 1-year news editing experience and a working knowledge of Edius and Aurora non-linear editing systems. AVID and Final Cut experience helpful but not required. Broadcast Communications Associates Degree or TV Production training required.
Account Executive (2019-044)
WSVN-7 FOX/Miami-Ft. Lauderdale is currently looking for a dynamic individual for an Account Executive position. Need to have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, competitive, multi-media environment. We are looking for a creative person to generate revenue by prospecting and selling for television and a variety of digital opportunities. Responsible for attracting new clients, proposal preparation and presentations as well as maximizing revenue on existing account list. Professional communication skills required. Bilingual, English/Spanish, candidates are encouraged to apply.
Producer, On-Line - TIF 8AM (2019-048)
We are looking for an aggressive, creative, on-line show producer. Should have medium market producing skills. Heavy emphasis on show stacking, headline and tease writing, as well as copy editing. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two (2) years experience as a TV News Producer required. Must be proficient in Windows 7.
Writes copy for newscasts and assists producers in the production of shows.This is an entry-level position, but applicants must have solid broadcast writing skills, be willing to work any hours and want to learn the businees from the ground up. Must be proficient in Windows XP. Our writers are considered for future producer openings. Those with a strong interest in producing should apply.
Editor, Post Production (2019-050)
South Florida's News Station is looking for a Post Production Editor to assist with on-air production for the market's most watched news. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on a daily basis. Candidate must also be self-motivated and work well with others. Knowledge of Adobe Premier CC, Adobe After Effects CC and MAC OSX operating system required.
