The Social Media Producer will manage the social media output of all WSVN-TV's accounts. The candidate will work closely with all facets of the newsroom and will not only assist in disseminating news but will help curate user generated content. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Administration Directly manage and supervise Human Resources, Payroll, and Office Administrative staff, including Executive Assistants, Receptionist, Mail Clerk, and Courier. Qualifications:

Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in Media with broad HR generalist expertise. Demonstrated success managing multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and payroll oversight. Experience supervising staff and partnering with senior leadership.

Preferred Certifications SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP TotalSource is highly desirable.

The WSVN 7 Design Department is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer for a part-time position creating still graphics for our news broadcasts. The candidate will work with producers, editors, and other designers in a fast-paced news environment and must have strong typography, spelling, and composition skills.

Applicants must be dependable, able to work in a team-oriented environment, and take direction. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Experience with Cinema 4D and After Effects compositing is a plus. Candidates should be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Seeking maintenance individual to join in upkeep of grounds of 570-acre business park encompassing 5 million sq. ft. of light industrial and office space. A minimum of 5 years experience in repair of Sprinkler/Irrigation Systems a must. In addition to irrigation maintenance and repair, individual would also be required to have knowledge, skill and ability to accomplish general maintenance work, such as painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, including some janitorial.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Meteorologist to lead our six-member weather team and serve as the station's primary on-air authority for weather coverage.

This is a high-profile leadership role requiring exceptional meteorological expertise, strong on-air presence, sound decision-making, and the ability to lead the team through significant and severe weather events. The Chief Meteorologist will oversee daily forecasting, breaking weather coverage, department operations, digital content, and long-term weather planning, including hurricane season.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the station's primary on-air meteorologist for daily newscasts, special reports, severe weather coverage, and breaking weather events. Deliver accurate, compelling, and easy-to-understand forecasts that establish viewer trust. Lead coverage of hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, flooding, and other significant weather events from the studio and field as needed. Translate complex weather data, radar, models, and forecasting information into clear, actionable information for viewers. Lead, mentor, and develop a six-member weather team while overseeing scheduling, performance, workflow, and staffing. Coordinate closely with newsroom leadership and producers during severe weather and extended coverage. Oversee weather technology, forecasting systems, radar, graphics, and data resources. Develop weather content for television, digital platforms, mobile apps, streaming, and social media. Help grow the station's weather brand and digital audience. Represent the station at community events, school visits, public appearances, and weather education programs. Develop and implement strategic weather coverage plans, particularly for hurricane season. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a related field. Significant experience as an on-air television meteorologist; leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of radar, satellite imagery, computer models, and forecasting technology. Proven experience covering severe and breaking weather in a live television environment. Excellent on-camera communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Ability to remain calm, accurate, and decisive under pressure. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and extended hours during severe weather events.

Must be proficient with large audio console boards. Must be able to work under pressure daily, handle quick changes and must have good listening and communications skills. Must be able to adhere to tight deadlines. 5 years of experience with SSL board is required. Prior experience with Master Control and Automation preferred.

WSVN and ABC Miami is looking for an Experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in sunny South Florida selling both WSVN Fox and ABC Miami. Duties include, but not limited to, developing sales strategies for new business development, servicing advertising agencies and direct clients, as well as handling all political advertising for both WSVN and ABC Miami. This involves Cultivating client relationships to maximize revenue for both stations . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and understanding Nielsen is required. Experience using OSI, E-Port, Strata, Vivixx is a plus.
