Candidate should be a self-motivator, able to generate unique stories with a quick turn-around for air. Must be able to wear two hats: one of a news producer with a basic grasp of current events and also an entertainment producer who is aware of what's popular in show business and pop culture. Two years minimum news writing experience preferred. Should be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.
Graphic Arts Designer (2021-25)

If you're a graphic artist trying to break into broadcast television, this is a chance to get your foot in the door. The WSVN 7 Design Department is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer for a Part Time position to create stills for our news broadcasts. Candidate will work with producers, editors and other designers in a fast-paced news environment and must have strong typography, spelling and composition skills. Must be dependable, able to work in a team oriented environment and take directions. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator required. Experience in Cinema4d with After Effects compositing skills a plus. This is a M-F overnight position, but covering other shifts may be required.
Reporter (2021-38)

Building Engineer/Maintenance Coordinator (2021-55)

Responsible for assisting the Property Management & Construction with field inspections, building inspections and assessments, planning, meet with contractors and assist with tenant coordination of the assigned Projects for large Commerce Park. The candidate will be required to assist with the following, but not limited to; Inspection and analysis of potential roof, air conditioning and water pipe leaks and repairs. Inspect, assess and track existing buildings, sidewalks, parking lots and drainage systems, & communicate with management. Respond, as directed, to tenant facilities. Detailed communication with team. Perform work in an organized and timely manner. Position requires physical demands and/or up to 50 lbs. of force. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to bend/crouch/or kneel, see, reach, climb a ladder and balance. A valid driver's license with a clean record & knowledge of basic computer skills required.

We are looking for an aggressive, creative, on-line show producer. Should have medium market producing skills. Heavy emphasis on show stacking, headline and tease writing, as well as copy editing. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree, or the work equivalent -- plus a minimum of two (2) years experience as a TV News Producer required.

Project Coordinator (2021-82)

Responsible for providing technical assistance, plan development and review, and construction oversight of various construction and property management projects for a large Commerce Park. Projects range from building shell construction and repairs, interior buildouts and site work. The candidate will be required to assist with the following, but not limited to; plan review and coordination, project cost review, and construction coordination and inspections. Inspect, assess and track existing buildings, sidewalks, parking lots and drainage systems & determine appropriate repairs when necessary. Interact with tenants, design professionals, contractors and prospects and assist with obtaining permits when necessary. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years within the construction industry, Building Engineering preferred. Must be able to review and understand construction plans. Candidates must be physically able to work outside and to climb ladders. Must have ability to manage multiple Projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
