Biography
Alex Browning joined the 7 News Team in April 2019. Born and raised in Broward County, he is excited to continue to call sunny South Florida home.
Before he arrived at WSVN, Alex was a reporter at WPBF 25 in West Palm Beach. His career in local news started at WCJB TV20 in Gainesville.
Alex grew up in Lighthouse Point. He graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Ft. Lauderdale and is a proud alumnus of Florida State University (Go Noles!).
You can usually find Alex exploring
restaurants and new foods in South Florida’s diverse community. Food is a big deal in his (Italian) family.
