MIAMI (WSVN) - A body was discovered outside of a Burger King in Miami, Monday afternoon.
According to Miami police, the body was found inside of a vehicle parked in the parking lot of a Burger King restaurant, located at 1700 Biscayne Blvd.
Once police arrived to the scene, they placed crime scene tape around a green van with the body inside, according to police.
Police believe the deceased person had a drug overdose, due to evidence of drugs and drug paraphernalia found inside of the van.
It is unknown whether the person found is male or female.
Miami Police Homicide detectives are investigating.
