KEY LARGO, FLA. (WSVN) – A manatee found in bad shape is on the road to recovery.
The Dolphin Research Center helped rescue the young calf in Key Largo.
They found the animal severely emaciated, but quickly stabilized the animal and provided supportive care.
The calf was taken to SeaWorld Orlando, where it will receive intensive around the clock veterinary care.
