BAYONNE, N.J. (WSVN) — A cruise ship was rocked by massive waves as it made its way through Tropical Storm Hermine over the weekend.

Rough waters rocked passengers aboard Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas.

The cruise took off from Bayonne, New Jersey, Saturday on its way to Bermuda. It sailed near some of the stormiest sections of Hermine, Sunday evening.

Vacationers posted videos to social media of their bumpy ride. “All was good until about early morning,” said one passenger. That’s when the ship started swinging a bit here. I think it got up to something like 99 winds.”

This is not the first time passengers on Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas experienced trouble at sea. Back in February, the same ship sailed into a different atlantic storm that tossed cruisers and furniture around.

In June, an 8-year-old boy tragically drowned in Anthem’s pool.
