MIRAMAR, FLA. (WSVN) - A legendary half of the “Paul & Young Ron” morning show will be stepping down on Dec. 16.

“Young” Ron Brewer revealed on-air Monday that he is leaving the “Paul & Young Ron” show and said, “I’m taking an extended vacation.” Brewer has been a host on Big 105.9’s show since 1990 and has over 40 years of broadcasting experience.

In a Facebook Live video, Paul Castronovo looked and sounded surprised at the news. He said, “I’m getting a little choked up here.”
