MIAMI (WSVN) - A crash has shut down all westbound lanes of Interstate 195 near Interstate 95 in Miami.
Traffic cameras captured the backup of traffic on the expressway, at around 4:30 p.m., Thursday.
Drivers are asked to seek alternative routes if they’re headed inland from Miami Beach.
