SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Rescue crews rushed a driver to the hospital after he slammed into a post in Southwest Miami-Dade.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene of the crash along Southwest 272nd Street and Krome Avenue at around 5:30 a.m., Sunday.
A trauma surgeon was called to the scene to help the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Technical Rescue Team remove the victim from the severely damaged vehicle.
Paramedics airlifted him Jackson South Medical Center with serious injuries.
