The MTV Movie Awards took place Saturday night, and once again, the awards show with an edge did not disappoint. Thanks to some A-list stars like The Rock and Kevin Hart, MTV showed us why the show is definitely not the Oscars.
Dwayne Johnson: "The Dark Chocolate Knight! Yes, Kevin, you’re looking good."
Kevin Hart: "No, man, you look good. Look at you, man!"
A pair of superheroes kicked off the 25th annual MTV Movie Awards.
Kevin Hart: "Put some wind. Too much, too much!"
Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart showed up in spandex and got the crowd pumped.
Charlize Theron took home best female performance for "Mad Max: Fury Road," and Chris Pratt won best action performance in "Jurassic World."
Chris Pratt: "Oh, hey, thank you so much!
Leo DiCaprio won best male performance for "The Revenant." He wasn’t there to accept, but Dwayne and Kev got to rap about his "un-bear-able" experience.
Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson: "And Leo got [expletive] by a bear. Oh, yeah!"
"Straight Outta Compton" snagged best true story, and Andy Samberg spit out some old school rap.
Andy Samberg: "Now this is the story, yo, about how my life got turned upside down."
The Fresh Prince, Will Smith, approved!
Rebel Wilson and Adam Devine won best kiss, and we don’t think they were acting.
Before movie of the year was revealed, Alexander Skarsgård revealed his thighs.
Alexander Skarsgård: "I was gonna go shirtless, but then someone told me that Zac Efron did that two years ago.’"
And, with lightsabers raised high, "Star Wars: "The Force Awakens" took home the top prize.
Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson: "Good night!"
