NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) - Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect seen on surveillance video footage shooting and killing a man in early August.
Officials said 41-year-old Val Black was sitting on a curb outside of a gas station when a man approached him, pulled out a gun and shot at him several times, late Wednesday, Aug. 10.
Police said it happened near Northwest 95th Street and 22nd Avenue.
