MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - A man was taken into custody after becoming combative with officers, Tuesday morning.
According to Miami Beach Police, officers responded to a person loitering and reportedly acting suspicious near 6937 Bay Dr. The subject became combative upon being confronted by police.
One officer used mace, which affected both the officer and subject.
Miami Beach paramedics responded to the scene, treating the officer.
Miami Beach Police have since taken the subject into custody.
