AVENTURA, Fla. (WSVN) – The railway project at Miami Gardens Drive and Biscayne Boulevard has been completed.
Officials made the announcement Thursday, saying it was completed ahead of schedule.
Traffic has reopened in all directions at Miami Gardens Drive and Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura.
