Chicken Lettuce Wraps from Machiya

8 oz. of ground chicken1 oz. of olive oil or sesame oil1 Tbs. of ginger, chopped1 Tbs. of garlic, ground1 pinch chili flakes (optional)2 oz. of tamarind sauce7 pieces of romaine lettuce leaves1/2 tsp chives, chopped1 tsp of peanuts, chopped

Method of Preparation:

-In a hot pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and toss in ginger, garlic, chili flakes and ground chicken. Mix this all together.

-Then, once the chicken is almost ready, add tamarind sauce.

-Next, gather lettuce leaves and place them in an ice box for presentation.

To Plate:

Serve the chicken in a bowl and top it with chives and peanuts.
