BALTIMORE (AP) — The judge who presided over the trial of a Baltimore police officer charged in the death of Freddie Gray plans to meet today with prosecutors and attorneys for Officer William Porter to discuss a possible retrial.

The judge declared a mistrial yesterday after jurors couldn’t decide whether Porter was to blame for not putting Gray in a seat belt in a police van and not calling for an ambulance when Gray indicated he needed medical help. Gray suffered a broken neck in April.
