Valentine’s Day: Sometimes it’s just soooo much pressure, trying to get a dinner reservation and everything is booked or overpriced. What to do? Where to go? As far as I’m concerned this year it was perfect. February 14th was on a Sunday and for me and my guy that can only mean one thing: BRUNCH! It’s his favorite meal and mine too cuz it means I don’t have to get up early to eat breakfast. LOL
The new Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails in Hallandale Beach was just THE perfect place for a Valentine’s day brunch. It’s right on the ocean with spectacular views and the vibe is just great. Sure Valentine’s day is over but brunch never is so start your Sunday with bottomless Mimosas & Bellinis or Rose’ ($19) or head to the Bloody Mary Station and make it your way. The menu features something for everybody in your brunch bunch. Salads (Mediterranean $14, Tomato Burrata $14), crab cakes and calamari, lobster mac and cheese, pizzas (Margherita Pizza $13, Mushroom Pizza $15) egg dishes (Green Eggs And Ham, $15 Egg White Market Scramble $14) pastas, burgers (Hangover Burger $17), french toast, fried chicken and waffles…like I said something for everybody.
Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails is open for lunch and dinner but brunch…how I love to love you baby!
