Stubborn clouds and whipping winds will remain in the forecast this Halloween weekend.

Expect a double dose of scattered to numerous showers as clouds continue to blanket South Florida skies. The trapped moisture over us is courtesy of high pressure to the north and clouds and showers associated with a wide area of low pressure in the northwestern Caribbean Sea. The close proximity of these systems is also the reason for the windy conditions.

Winds will stay shifty out of the northeast breezing from 10-25mph with gust in the 30s. This will result in more beach and boating hazards as advisories remain in place.

Drier and more sunshine? By Halloween and expected to be the case through Thursday of next week.
