We are getting a dose of Fall… South Florida style, of course. Clear skies and cooler temps have taken over South Florida for the weekend.
We had a crisp start on Saturday morning with temps in the upper 60s to low 70s under clear skies courtesy of dry air in place ahead of a cold front. The same cold front is forecast to clear South Florida on Saturday night. This will bring another shot of dry and cool air to our skies.
Expect another slip in temps on Sunday morning as temps start off in the low to mid 60s with mostly clear skies. Daytime highs will stay on the mild side in the 80s.
This trend will stick around to start off the work week. By the middle of the week, easterly winds will return to South Florida and push a few spotty showers our way through Friday.
TROPICS
A non-tropical area of low pressure over the Western Atlantic is no longer showing signs of potentially becoming our next tropical system of the season. Additionally, there are no other areas of interest or active storms in the Atlantic Basin.
