FRANCE (WSVN) — A California man woke up in a French hospital after a jump in his wingsuit went wrong.
The man was BASE jumping off a mountain in the French Alps when he ran out of airspeed and altitude.
He crashed into a forest below, injuring his head.
He blamed the accident on trying to fly in a suit that exceeded his current skill level.
