ATLANTA (WSVN) — An Atlanta mother is honoring her late son by including a photoshopped version of him into her family wedding photo.
Her son, Lake, lost his battle to cancer shortly before he would’ve turned 9.
Anna Thompson told The New York Daily News that she asked her wedding photographer to edit a faint version of him so he can appear in her photo.
"Although I felt his presence that day, and I was actually happy, it was almost unbearable to take family pictures without him," Thompson said on Facebook.
Thompson shared the photo on Facebook where it has received nearly 4,000 likes and over 300 comments.
