MIAMI (WSVN) - A driver was charged, Tuesday, in the case of a deadly wrong-way wreck.
Twenty-four-year-old Franklin Chavez faced a judge and was charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.
Chavez was accused last December of driving the wrong way on Interstate 95 in Downtown Miami and colliding head-on with another car.
The other driver, a 23-year-old woman, was killed.
The victim’s mother and brother were also critically injured.
