MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. (WSVN) - Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake made a visit to Miami Norland High School, Tuesday, to talk to students about making good decisions.

Wake told students about the importance of hard work and perseverance. The professional footballer’s biggest message: encouraging the kids to make the right decisions.

“Decision making, that’s what life’s all about,” Wake said. “Especially in high school. You have so many first times and decisions you’re gonna have to make for the first time without mom or dad and making sure that you make the right decision so that later on in life it’s not going to affect the possibilities of what you have at your fingertips.”

Wake’s visit is part of a partnership between the NFL and Old Spice to connect star players to their communities.
