MIRAMAR, FLA. (WSVN) - Elementary school students in Miramar were evacuated from school due to a bomb threat, Monday morning.

According to police, officials were investigating a bomb threat called into Sunshine Elementary School, located on LaSalle Boulevard and Montego Drive.

Students were evacuated to a church across the street while police searched for any explosives.

The school was soon given the all-clear, and kids were allowed to return back to class.

Last Friday, another Miramar school had bomb threats called in. There is no word on whether the two cases are related.
