MIRAMAR, FLA. (WSVN) - An investigation is underway after a police-involved crash in Miramar.
It happened along Miramar Parkway and Palm Avenue during Monday’s morning rush hour.
According to officials, a Miami-Dade Police cruiser came to rest against a light pole after a collision with a civilian vehicle.
At this point the cause of the crash is unknown.
The officer was transported to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The civilian driver was cited for the accident.
