CORAL GABLES, FLA. (WSVN) - A customer at a Coral Gables coffee shop captured a video of a man berating a barista, claiming his order took too long because of “anti-white discrimination.”
The incident happened at the Starbucks located at 1122 S Dixie Highway, across the street from the University of Miami.
Jorge de Cárdenas posted the video on Twitter around 5 p.m., Wednesday, after he witnessed the man yelling at the barista, “Cause I voted for Trump. Trump. You lost, now give me my money back. You’re garbage. You’re complete trash.”

According to the Miami Herald, Cárdenas said he started filming the video after the man claimed the barista, who happens to be black, discriminated against him because he is white.
The video shows another patron coming to the barista’s defense, saying, “You want to talk like that, take it outside. You don’t talk to people like that.”
The incident is the latest in a week of protests and increased tension following the recent U.S. presidential election.
