PEMBROKE PINES, FLA. (WSVN) - Students at Lakeside Elementary School are back in class after officials determined that a bomb threat was only a prank.

Parents of the students were asked to drop off their children at a nearby school, Monday morning, in the wake of the threat, Monday morning.

Police were seen at Lakeside Elementary, at 900 N.W. 136th Ave. Parents were instead asked to take their children to Walter C. Young Middle School after the bomb threat was made.

After further investigation, officials found it to be no more than a prank.

Police have issued the all clear later in the morning, the school district said.
