NEAR FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) – Firefighters rescued a cat from a house fire near Fort Lauderdale.
A fire ignited at a home near Southwest 50th Avenue and 13th Street, around 10 a.m. Monday.
Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue officials pulled the cat from the blaze and gave it oxygen at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
