MIAMI (WSVN) - Four men, including three G. Holmes Braddock High School students, who sexually assaulted an incapacitated woman at a Bal Harbour hotel in May have pleaded guilty in court, Tuesday afternoon.

According to officials, 19-year-old Julio Fernandez, 19-year-old Luis Rosello, 19-year-old Adrian Machin and 17-year-old Adan Valdes received six months community control withhold adjudication, which is similar to house arrest, as well as four years probation.

They each also have to attend mental disorder sexual offender classes, which allows them not to be labeled as sex offenders.

Adrian Machin and Adan Valdes also received boot camp. Julio Fernandez and Luis Rosello did not receive boot camp.

On May 11, these men faced sexual battery charges after, police said, they violated a 21-year-old, incapacitated woman at a Bal Harbour hotel, on May 1.

According to Miami-Dade Police, the suspects took the victim to the Bal Harbour Quarzo, located at 290 Bal Bay Drive.

The police report states, while the woman was lying in bed, Machin stuck a marijuana cigarette into her private areas and lit it. At one point, they said, one of the suspects also sodomized the victim with the handle of an umbrella. Police said the incident was recorded on cellphone video.
