BSO deputy arrested for allegedly fighting at casino

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (WSVN) — Police arrested one of their own after an officer was seen on video starting a fight at a local casino over the weekend.

Broward Sheriff's Office Deputy William Morgan was arrested while off duty at Hollywood's Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Sunday morning.

Seminole Police said, surveillance cameras caught him starting a fight with a casino player and then punching him.

Morgan was charged with misdemeanor battery.

BSO has also stripped Morgan of his supervisory privileges for the time being.
