We have high pressure centered in the Western Atlantic Ocean providing for a strong breeze off the ocean. This is certainly creating problems for swimmers and boaters with advisories in place. Also, anytime we have a warm winds off the ocean, we tend to see quick-moving showers. Luckily the moisture levels remain low. By Wednesday, a front will make it into north Florida helping our wind to veer out of the south. Therefore, as warmer air moves in from the Caribbean temperatures will be nearing records going into Thursday. We should be back to seasonal as finish the week.
Over the weekend, another front approaches and could increase our rain chances on Sunday.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas? Not really. Warmer temps ahead the next few days. @wsvn pic.twitter.com/Bj4ODUe9vZ
