Local Weather: High pressure remains in control of our weather pattern. It stretches from the Gulf of Mexico into the Western Atlantic Ocean. This is keeping our air flow out of the East with lots of heat and humidity around. Most of the computer models insist that with high pressure in place, we will see our typical Summer pattern. Therefore, look for overnight/early morning coastal showers and afternoon inland storms to develop along the sea breeze collisions. Rain chances will be around 40% through the weekend.
PM temps will reach the lower 90s. We'll get heat relief in the way of coastal showers/inland storms, @wsvn pic.twitter.com/oawfcy9ccO

Tropical Update: An area of disorganized clouds and rain associated with a tropical wave in the Northwestern Caribbean is being watching by The National Hurricane Center. Development is not expected today since it will interact with the terrain of the Yucatan Peninsula and Belize. Over the weekend, it will have a low chance to form in the next 5 days once over the Gulf of Mexico.
Tropical Weather Outlook: disorganized showers/storms associated with a wave/low pressure has a low chance. @wsvn pic.twitter.com/fUVH5h2W95
