After record heat in Miami yesterday with a high temperature of 87 (old record was 86 set back in 1900), temperatures are going down just a notch. Another front is on the move and expected to cross through late morning. As this happens winds will veer out of the northwest allowing for temperatures to go down to normal values along with the humidity. The forecast calls for seasonal weather under mostly dry conditions for the next 2 days. By the weekend, the breeze builds along the coast and temperatures will rise above average once again. However, anytime we have the wind coming off the ocean, we can’t rule out seeing an isolated shower.
Enjoy South Florida because through Saturday overnight lows will range in the 60’s and highs in the upper 70’s.
After the front crosses, south Florida will feel pleasant with the breeze building. @wsvn pic.twitter.com/LEnwqW3jwN
