Added tropical moisture into the atmosphere will hang around for the first half of the work week. This will bring better chances of scattered showers and afternoon/evening thunderstorms, bulk of the moisture inland, on Monday and Tuesday.
Following this damp start to the work week, expect a typical summertime pattern to take over and stick around into the start of the weekend.
