As high pressure sits to our east look for a strong wind off of the ocean to drive in the occasional shower early in the day. By the afternoon, the sea breeze storms that fire up on the radar should push into the Everglades and around the west coast of South Florida. Therefore, look for a hot and relatively dry. It won’t be until late week when our rain chances go up. If an area of clouds and rain currently over the Lesser Antilles holds, we may see more storms late week.
As the breeze builds, moisture will also move in. We can expect early showers & late-day storms. @wsvn pic.twitter.com/YBwchYKViL

Tropical Update:
A tropical wave located a few hundred miles to the Southeast of the Cape Verde Islands is producing disorganized showers and storms. It is moving west-northwest and has a low chance to develop through the next five days before conditions become less favorable. It is so far away, we have plenty of time watch this area.
