Local Weather: South Florida is experiencing another cool-ish start with temperatures in the low to middle 60’s. You may want to wear a very light sweater or jacket and put them away by the afternoon. Overall, temperatures are running about 3 to 5 degrees below the average of 68. By the afternoon, seasonal temperatures are expected in the low 80’s.

Enjoy this comfortable weather South Florida, it is here to stay with high pressure anchored over the southeast United States. Another front will cross through over the weekend just to reinforce the fall weather for the upcoming week. No major changes expected with low rain chances.

Tropical Update: Cloudiness and showers over the southwestern Caribbean Sea are associated with a broad low pressure area. This system has changed little in organization since yesterday. However, environmental conditions are expected to be favorable for slow development during the next several days. A depression is likely to form over the weekend while it slowly moves north. The National Hurricane Center gives it a high chance to form through the next 5 days.

Have a wonderful day South Florida and make it a safe one!
