Happy Sunday, South Florida.
A cold front is set to swing through South Florida on Monday. Ahead of the front, rain and thunderstorms will spread across South Florida overnight into Monday morning. The National Weather Service has placed all of South Florida under a TORNADO WATCH until Monday 5am. This also includes the Florida Keys, who have already been under a tornado warning and multiple flood advisories earlier today.

Main threats with any of the storms will be damaging winds, isolated tornadoes and locally heavy rainfall. Know your safe location and be ready to act quickly if a warning is issued in your area. And as this will be an overnight event, be sure to enable emergency alerts on your phone.

Weather in South Florida behind this weather event is expected to significantly improve. And what makes it even better is that nice conditions return to the forecast just in time for the Christmas holiday.
