Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 815 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms have moved east into the Atlantic waters. This area has received 1 to 2 inches of rainfall from the latest thunderstorms. This amount of rainfall will take sometime to drain away.
