After a touching final tribute to fallen Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez, the mourning continues.
The University of Miami Hurricanes football team will honor the memory of Jose Fernandez during their upcoming game against Georgia Tech on Saturday.
The Hurricanes will wear helmet patches with Jose’s initials, JF and #16.

Jose Fernandez died early Sunday in a Miami boating accident, he was 24 years old.
Fernandez was scouted by the Marlins in 2011, and quickly became a star baseball player, after making his major league debut only three years ago.
Canes Football tweeted the picture of their helmets, and a statement honoring Jose.
The Miami Hurricanes will face Georgia Tech Saturday in Georgia, with the game set to kick off at noon.
