HAVANA (WSVN) — Shaquille O’Neal is now the first-ever U.S. Department of State Sports Envoy to Cuba, and on Saturday, he took his title to Cuba.
The former Miami Heat star posted a picture on Instagram of his flight to Havana.
O’Neal is leading basketball clinics for kids and demonstrating how sports can develop academic, leadership and teamwork skills.
The 7-foot-1-inch sports legend arrived in Havana on Saturday and returns to the U.S. on Tuesday.
