(WSVN) - The Inter Miami Stadium is getting a new look.

Inter Miami CF signed a naming rights deal with AutoNation.

Signage was already up of the newly named DRV PNK (Drive Pink) Stadium ahead of the official announcement on Friday morning.

The Inter Miami CF soccer team will practice and play their home games at the DRV PNK Stadium for the next three years.

Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis, Inter Miami CF owner Jorge Mas and AutoNation’s EVP and Chief Customer Experience Officer Marc Cannon attended the event to discuss why the partnership works out so well.

“It was a perfect bid, a great idea by our marketing team which came up with the idea, and with Marc, I’m so happy we were able to have the DRV PNK Stadium,” said Mas. “I think it’s very innovative, I think it’s very South Florida [and] I think it’s a way to do good things. That’s what we’re all about: touchpoints with our community and the people and making a difference.”

“Who would know that pink and black would both come together and this is just such a natural [thing]. This is a three year relationship and I’m hoping that down the road, we’re going to be together for a very long time,” said Cannon.

AutoNation’s DRV PNK Stadium will be on full display next Sunday when Inter Miami CF has their home opener with 8,000 fans allowed into the stands.
