MIAMI (WSVN) — The Miami Heat’s loss to the Toronto Raptors has left Miami fans dejected, yet hopeful for the rest of the series.

Heat fans were excited before the game to see their team defeat the Toronto Raptors. "This is Wade county, so we’re excited to see Dwayne Wade," said Brianna Morales.

Unfortunately, it was not meant to be and fans said it hurt to watch the Heat fall to the Raptors, Saturday, in Game 3 of the Eastern Semifinals. "We should’ve had it," said Heat fan Al Gordon.

However, Miami fans are not letting this loss bring them down. "We’ll have to go back to Toronto, but we’ll do it — no issue," said Joelle Josefsberg.

Fans still have faith in their team. "The Heat are definitely taking these two games, and they’re going to destroy them in Toronto," said Cooper Josefsberg.

This playoff run has certainly been taxing on both teams with additional games, quick turnarounds, overtime and the loss of their starting centers Saturday night.

Despite this, fans are determined to see their team win. "We need to win the next game," said one man. "Dwayne Wade can’t do it all by himself."

The Miami Heat and Toronto Raptors will play again Monday at 8 p.m., at the American Airlines Arena.
