MIAMI (WSVN) - The Miami Heat will recognize Dwyane Wade on Friday after he announced Wednesday that he is going home to Chicago after 13 seasons and sign with the Chicago Bulls.
According to Heat officials, all Dwyane Wade merchandise will be sold for only $13 at all Miami Heat Store locations in South Florida, while supplies last.
The team’s digital and social media platforms will feature Wade photo galleries, graphics and videos. They will also be unveiling a “13 Moments” series that will pay homage to Wade’s remarkable career in Miami.
The 3,400 square foot LED marquee outside the AmericanAirlines Arena will also feature Wade images all day long.
Along with the LED images, full-page color ads featuring Wade and the iconic “This is My House” image will also be placed in three major South Florida newspapers.
