DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Cornerback Chris Culliver has been placed on the active-physically unable to perform list after signing a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins.
Culliver, who signed Tuesday, is still recovering from torn ACL and MCL ligaments in his right knee. He was hurt last Thanksgiving and released in May by the Washington Redskins.
The Dolphins released center-guard Jacques McClendon and linebacker Danny Lansanah on Wednesday.
