MIAMI (AP) — Justin Bour hit a three-run homer with no outs in the ninth inning, and the Miami Marlins overcame three errors and a flurry of double-play grounders to rally past the San Francisco Giants 6-5 on Wednesday night.
The Marlins squandered a 3-1 lead and tied a franchise record by hitting into five double plays. But they came back in the ninth against Santiago Casilla (4-2), who blew a save for the fourth time in 24 chances.
The Marlins trailed 5-3 to start the ninth when Christian Yelich led off with a single. Adeiny Hechavarria singled, and Bour pulled a 1-0 pitch over the fence in right field for his eighth homer and first career walk-off homer.
Steve Cishek (2-5) pitched a scoreless ninth for Miami, which won despite being out-hit 14-8.
The comeback cost Florida native Chris Heston his ninth victory. Heston, pitching before more than 20 friends and relatives, went six innings for the Giants and allowed three runs, all in the third.
The Giants' five double plays turned matched the team record for a nine-inning game, achieved six other times. Shortstop Brandon Crawford homered and had a hand in all five DPs.
Miami starter Dan Haren allowed 10 hits and four runs, three earned, in 5 2-3 innings. Haren fared better at the plate, crossing up the Giants in the Marlins' three-run third inning when he faked a bunt on a 2-2 pitch and instead swung and singled past the first baseman to drive in a run.
Miami's Dee Gordon, who hit a three-run inside-the-park homer Tuesday, this time stopped at third with an RBI triple. He extended his hitting streak to 12 games.
Gregor Blanco had three hits for the Giants to hike his average to .314.
San Francisco trailed 3-1 after three innings. Blanco hit a two-out RBI single in the fourth, and the Giants took the lead with two runs in the sixth on Brandon Belt's sacrifice fly and Crawford's homer.

Giants: C Buster Posey left the game in the sixth inning after he took a foul ball off the mask in the third. He was being evaluated. … RHP Tim Hudson left the team to deal with a personal issue. He is bothered by a sore shoulder and might go on the DL. … OF Hunter Pence (wrist) will likely play in a couple of rehab games and probably won't rejoin the Giants until after the All-Star break, manager Bruce Bochy said.

The series finale Thursday matches two pitchers making their 2014 debut — Jose Fernandez for the Marlins and Matt Cain for the Giants. Both are coming back from elbow injuries that sidelined them last season. Fernandez is 12-0 with a 1.09 ERA in 20 career starts at Marlins Park.
