If you like the current weather in south Florida, the good news is that it’s going to stick around for awhile!  As high pressure camps out to our north (then northeast) we’ll have an extended period of quiet weather.  Local winds will rotate around the base of the high, off the ocean with a helpful breeze.   Expect seasonally warm temperatures along with passing clouds, from east to west.    While there will be enough moisture to produce rain showers, any you might encounter will be brief.   The "more significant" areas of rain will focus over interior Florida where the sea breezes collide.   Unlike recent weeks, there won’t be any fronts approaching the region.  Also, since southerly winds aren’t in the forecast, humidity levels will stay in check (so it won’t be overly steamy).
