WSVN — Getting to the gym can take a little coaxing sometimes. Now one workout is adding wine to the mix. Belkys Nerey shows us how it works in tonight's Style File.

Yoga is all about relaxation but Miami is all about the social scene. Now one yoga class is combining the two.

Liz Grant: "After the yoga class, we just enjoy wine and appetizers and food from Essensia, the restaurant in The Palms Hotel."

Welcome to Vino & Vinyasa! Every Friday evening in the courtyard at Circa 39, you can join in on an hour long yoga class.

Donle Salik: "For $25, it's an amazing, valuable deal. It's a great way to relax after a long work week on a Friday."

The class is like any other yoga session, centered around meditation and becoming one with yourself.

Liz Grant: "Anyone from a yogi who does yoga every day, to someone that just wants to try something new, like step out of their normal routine."

But the atmosphere is what takes it to another level.

Tara Crooks: "It's outside. While you're doing yoga, you can hear the crackling of the leaves above you, so it makes it a lot easier for you to connect and be one with your surroundings."

Yoga is just the beginning. When class winds down, settle in for socializing with a plate of healthy bites like chicken skewers or kale salad.

"I think it was absolutely delicious. The kale caesar salad is amazing! Just nice, light bites. The coconut water was absolutely amazing as well."

And raise a glass to your health.

Tara Crooks: "While you're doing something that's very nice and athletic, you also have a glass of wine afterwards, a few light bites and socializing."

The next Vino & Vinyasa class is Friday night.
