(WSVN) — If you have ever purchased or have owned a Maytag, Whirpool, or Kenmore washing machine, then you may be entitled to some money.
According to the agreement, a settlement was reached in several class-action lawsuits against Whirlpool and Sears over front-loading washing machines made between 2001 and 2010.
The settlement states that customers claimed the front-loading washing machines failed to work properly, resulting in mildew and even mold.
