MIAMI (WSVN) - An airline industry group has created a campaign that encourages customers who are waiting in long lines to complain.
According to CNN, an airline industry group called Airlines for America is asking fliers waiting in long security lines to take a picture and post it on social media.
Their campaign, coined “I Hate The Wait,” requires each post to end with the hashtag: #IHateTheWait.
According to a group spokesperson, by alerting fellow travelers of long waits, they hope to get more TSA resources to act.
