MIAMI (WSVN) — Nearly one hundred Cuban migrants who have been stranded in Costa Rica for months will finally be making their way to the U.S.

The group of men and women are among thousands seeking asylum, following the restoration of diplomatic ties between the United States and Cuba. The migrants were stranded in Costa Rica for months after Nicaragua closed its border to them.
