TAMPA, Fla. (WSVN) — A small plane crash resulted in two deaths at Peter O. Knight Airport in Tampa, Fla., Friday.

The Cessna 310, headed to Pensacola, burst into flames and killing two people on board, according to the Tampa International Airport spokesperson on Twitter.

The same spokesperson also noted that the airport is closed.
